2017年3月17日，云南省红河州石屏县龙武镇法乌村，花腰彝族妇女学习刺绣技能。法乌村是一个典型的山区贫困村，省招商合作局“挂包帮”该村以来，专门聘请职业技能老师举办技能培训班，传授刺绣技术等，激发了贫困户依靠自身能力脱贫致富的热情。

2019年4月14日，内蒙古自治区兴安盟科尔沁右翼中旗，全国脱贫攻坚奖贡献奖获得者白晶莹（左）为当地妇女进行刺绣培训。作为大兴安岭南麓集中连片特困地区，全旗大力推动刺绣、畜牧等产业发展，带动农牧民经济增收。2019年4月，科右中旗成功摘掉了“贫困帽”。
